I know that it’s far too early to be thinking about Christmas, I mean it is only July! But I came across this blog and just needed to share it. It is the most banal idea ever and the guy looks so bored. But at the same time it is so funny… Though maybe he wouldn’t like me saying that.
I simply thought that it might you smile
And I think that we all need to smile more!

Two of my favourites!

i’ve been a fan for a couple years now, and your bag designs are never a letdown. three things that you’ve made stand out very prominently in my mind. the first is a round bag that you made a really long time ago. the front of the bag had a thick piece of silkish material (purple, i believe) and also a long orange stripe going from the top left of the front to the bottom right. amazing.
the second is a vivid green make-up bag that had two floral stripes going down across the front. i love dark earthy colors like green, brown and black, (and often dark purple) but this almost-emerald green was so radiant that i couldnt help but smile and sigh. (odd reaction, i know, but pretty things make girls happy, don’t they? heh.)
the last thing – also the most recent, i believe – is the small black and purple purse, which i think is my all-time favorite. the moment i saw it, i literally fell in love with it. the tones are so great and complimentary.. pink lining..the whole thing is very elegant and the light floral pattern makes it earthy. absolutely beautiful.
having absolutely no skills with cloth, needle, and the like – i find what you do .. just.. unbelievable. making something out of practically nothing at all. something useful (laptop bags, even!) and expressive. maybe when i get out of college (three more years) and pay off all my student loans (potentially 25 years, hah) i’ll get a sewing machine and play around with the very little crafty ability i have. or better, i’ll just go to your site and finally get some of the amazing things you make.
keep designing – you’re an inspiration.
