What a GREAT weekend!
The Stilblüten Fashion fair last weekend was amazing! The sun was out, the weather was warm (very warm), whilst the beer and the proseco was cold and refreshing. There was a great variety of designers; some beautiful clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, something for every taste. And most importantly there were loads and loads of people. The atmosphere was great! Everyone was very laid back, enjoying a drink in the garden and browsing slowly though all the stands. The music was fun yet mellow, which helped the atmosphere greatly. The visitors were people who appreciated unique designs and quality production. They asked loads of questions and were really great to chat with. It was the best fair I have ever been part of! From quality of products, to friendliness of customers as well as friendliness of fellow exhibitors.
This morning I am rather tired but very happy! I’ve unpacked the rest of the bags and taken note of what was sold. I truely hope that I can participate again next time, which should be around December time. I’ll keep you posted.
Oh, I was also interviewed for the Frankfurter Rundshau, the Frankfurt news paper. I was even photographed by a professional photographer! I’ll get a copy of the article as soon as it is published (should be tomorrow), scan it and and translate it as I normally do. cool isn’t it? I must admit that I feel rather proud.
